The financial crisis is difficult to withstand the love strength

    This  Saturday is the Valentine's Day. For the youth, this is a best chance to express love to the beloved person. The reporter knew from many florist shops in Guilin city, they have already received many orders for the last few days. It seems that the love is still great so that the financial crisis can not weaken its strength either.

    There are so many florist shops in Guilin downtown area. Last weekend, each florist shop was busying with ordering all kinds of flowers-- cuting, weaving and make them into the beautiful flower baskets to wait for customers.

    In a florist shop, while shop assistants were busy with making the flower baskets, the hot-line for booking and spending flowers rings time and time again. The manager of the florist shop says"We've already got many phoned order from the old customers at this weekend, but more and more local residents come here to choose by themselves. We have already received more than 40 orders now".

    Some directors of florist shops said that they thought the financial crisis will exert an influence on the flowers market in the Valentine's Day, but compared with in the past there is no obvious change because the citizens still have strong feelings toward consumption. At present, some florist shops are still adding the fast-selling flowers in the Valentine's Day such as rose, lily, etc..

    In fact, these flowers are sold well on the Valentine's Day in this year not only because of love, but also because the florist shop puts out the new products and new original thoughts--the important reason. In a florist shops, the shop assistant dressed one lovely ox baby a pink" evening dress". The shop assistant said that this year is ox year, so while thet maked the flower baskets, they added the beautiful ox baby  specially in order to add some Chinese character for the Valentine's Day.

    In addition, there are a lot of beautiful vials which were filled in  beautifulgift boxes in the shop. On the vials, there are beautiful flowers. The director of florist shop, Ms You said that in the past years, when youth gave a present and flowers  separately, but now she combines the two this time."This kind of innovation is quite welcomed by the customer" she said.

    Ms You introduced that according to the past convention, the hot-ording period would 3~5days in advance at the Valentine's Day. So she estimatedthis period will begine from this Monday to the weekend. However, because the Valentine's Day of this year is Saturday, many people can't send the flowers to the beloved girl's unit as in the past, many customers chose to send flowers on the 13th. But on the day, it will recepte a lot of customers too".

    According to the inspection, an ordinary customer spends an amount about 200-500 rmb this year as it was the same level at this time last year. The high price flowers--the"Blue Enchantress" flowers and the"Pinky Pretty" flowers didn't appear at present, but the traders expressed that the customer having the ability to consume this kind of flowers is relatively regular, so they have ordered some which will be delivered recently.
