Because the Chuanshan bridge was found some unsafe factors, after the bridge experts studied and analyzed, thinking about the safety, some authorities announced, from 6th on Feb morning, all cars were forbidden, motor bicycles and non-motorized and pedestrians are permitted pass through the municipal public security bureau and the city bus company etc published Chuanshan  bridge reconstruction during the construction period traffic organization circular and some bus lines temporary adjustment programs in Guilin daily news and other medias.

    On the February 6, some citizens call the hotline on Evening newspaper, and ask some questions about that what are the best routs and how to change the public buses after the route through Chuanshan bridge is closed.¡¡

    The municipal traffic police detachment and the public bus company gave the citizen some suggestions so that it¡¯s convenient to choose the best routs for them.

    What are the best routes after the route through Chuanshan bridge is closed?

    The spokesman in municipal traffic police said, after many years operation in the overload, serious hidden safety was found in Chuanshan bridge, departments decided that demolish this old bridge ,then rebuilt it. At present, temporary bridge is being built; it will be completed in 20 days. After the temporary bridge built, pedestrians will be allowed to pass it, motor bicycle and non-motorized will also be allowed to be push through the bridge.

    Long Guihai said: after implement the new traffic controls, any vehicle will not be allowed to stop on the entire section of Shijiayuan road, originally designated temporary parking spaces will be cancelled. When a motor vehicle is driven from south to north on Shijiayuan road, in morning and evening peak hours(7:00am-8:30am,5:30pm-7:00pm), it¡¯s not be allowed to turn left to long yin bridge direction at the north junction, in these hours, the motor vehicles on Longyin road are not be permitted to turn left and go in Shijiayuan road.With the progress of bridge construction, at this junction, maybe interim provisions of the prohibition of left turn is performed in ordinary hours.

  ¡°How to drive from Lijiang road to downtown area ?¡± usually the local people ask this question, Long Guihai said, the vehicles on Lijiang road may be driven on Fuxing road, Longyin road to the cross street, but on the cross of Fuxing road and Longyin road, the traffic lights¡¯ Release time is short, which is to Fuxing road direction, so it¡¯s a good choice to drive.

    Long Guihai suggested and said:¡±If you want to go south area of train station from Sanlidian area, you had better drive around Jingpingshan bridge.  If you want to go north area of city center cross, you had better drive around Yushan bridge.¡± Drive on this way, it seems the roads are longer, but it avoid large area traffic congestion on Zhongshan middle road, east Jiefang road, Jiefang bridge, Chuanshan road ,Longyin bridge, and Longyin road. In fact, ¡°sharp knife helps the wood workers with faster cutting.¡±
